All Odds Against Me
I'm going to be honest...people were right. Carsten is too young to be potty trained. Now, let me first clarify my definition of potty trained. Goes to the potty without the parent and has learned when he/she is about to go and how to hold it. Yes, I see now that Carsten is not yet there and that's okay. The more I thought about how many odds there were against us the more I asked myself why I was pushing for now. So I'm going to take it easy and keep doing what I was doing which was training me when to put him on the potty rather than setting too high of expectations on him right now. Listen, no need to tell me you told me so...I remember, haha. I needed to see for myself and boy, did I. If anyone is interested in what all the odds were, let me know, and I'll for sure give you that side of the story.

Love it!! Yaay, you are blogging!
ReplyDeletePotty training for children is basically mommy training and don't let anyone tell you that you are stupid for doing it. They look at you like you are crazy or something when really you should be looking at them and asking them if they LIKE to change diapers! Sorry, that was my reaction to someone when they told me I was starting too soon :)
Love you Jacklyn! You are awesome
